Getting Donaghy's Collected Poems back in print would be a great 2024 goal.

Just came across you and now following. You have the exact name as my thriller character. He started out in Brooklyn and is now an assassin going after terrorists world-wide. I have eight books out about him and am enjoying his adventures as are (thankfully) thousands of my readers. I look forward to your posts!

Well, you are quite the warrior; keeping the civilized world safe from the bad guys.

Amazing how you find the time to do it all. ;-)

Just discovered your Substack, Dan. Funnily enough, my Substack - "Sweet Conspiracies" - is a phrase in the 1988 R.E.M. song "I Remember California," featured on their "Green" LP. Am liking what I am seeing here. I write a lot about music, too.

Every day should feature a public broadcast of a reading of this poem followed by some podcast-ambient incidental music that you can’t break away from when it’s your turn to move your foot from the break pedal to the accelerator.
